Hi,
It does look lovely especially with all those little boats. There seems to be a tilt to the horizon, to me it looks like the boats are going up hill. Maybe it's just my eyes.

I very much like your humour. The image is cropped well. I can only suggest a small improvement, that is to leave a little space in front of the first man for him to 'walk' into.

Welcome to TE. Its nice that you chose to leave in the edge of this pine tree to give the photo balance, and perspective. You could crop out some of the black at the bottom to make it a panel shot. I don't think it adds much to the composition.

Hi Andy,
Nice capture of an interesting personality. The lighting is a little flat but there is good catchlight in his eyes which gives the image 'life'. It's great that he was happy to look at the camera, shows you have developed some kind of relationship with him. To make more impact I think a tighter crop would be better.

What a wonderful capture of an interesting and lovely lady, it's great that you included her busy hands which tell us a story about her life. Good note about Alacati also.
I think to improve this image you need to get a bit closer to her to fill the frame as much as possible with her face and hands. I have done a workshop to show you what I mean.

Stunning? Yes, absolutely. Such a fabulous opportunity Santorini gives for us photographers. The balance in the composition is just right with that little circle of clouds, and the perfectly placed potplant.

I love this almost monochrome slice of life image. Having three chickens is a good balanced number, maybe this is good luck in chinese. Well seen.
