great picture !!! This species is known to survive this kind of dry environments with small amounts of rain per year. The species is Calceolaria from (ex) Scrophulariaceae.

Esta planta no es un cactus, es una Euphorbiacea, tiene látex y ha adquirido esa semejanza por Evolución Convergente.

Dangerous plant, not the flowers. The cactus is Opuntia or Tunilla spp.
