I love the yellow background, with black roof. These colors, I feel, give it truly that Japanese feeling....not to mention the roof details. Background looks slightly garbled (probably due to post-processing) but doesn't detract.

I like this photo a lot...my attention was immediately drawn to the blue bridge overhead. I did a workshop on this image as well, just to work with the colors. Very nice, thanks for sharing.

This is a very nice picture. I think what drew my attention to it was the color and how they compliment each other (blue/brown). I would be interested to know what post precessing was done. A great shot with nice DOF.

Welcome to TE. I hope to see many more photos in the future.

I think that your angle could have been better in this photo.
I'm not sure what you were trying to capture...the building in foreground, building in background, road. There's a lot going on and my eyes don't know where to go. Try a tighter crop on your subject, and some post-processing will help with the colors. Pictures of snow are notorious for being washed out.

This picture has some tricks up its sleeves. It seems to show a huge cascading waterfall, but upon closer inspection, is only a tight crop of a fairly small area. I give it an A+ for that fact alone...not to mention it's a great long shudder picture.
