Absolute great shot! Efficient minimalist composition, nice texture in the foreground, caravan pleasingly placed at the horizon line. Incredible place, plenty of exoticism of course with that salt and the camels.

Very nice coastal village with its small charming beach and its castle and wind-mills up above. Looks like a very peasant place. Well composed photo with an atmosphere. Good with the foreground element at left. Informative on the place and many things to look at. Great! A possible improvement if detail addict: the last wind-mill by the frame could be removed I think; not pleasantly placed and the other mills would balance better the castle if without.

Old Warehouses - Trondheim by annjackman (17541)

I visited Trondheim several times and often thought these iconic warehouses were not so easy to photograph. Often poor light, commercial signs you want to avoid, an unpleasant element in the background, etc. Here you sure found an excellent point of view and it happened to be in beautiful weather at the right time of the day. Very pleasant view combining the colourful warehouse with the towers of the cathedral, the other outstanding landmark. Beautiful light and reflections.
Have a nice week-end, Claude.
Spotting Planes by pastadog (13111)

Original subject, some ethnographic content, and a sunset on the sea completing the scene! Well chosen low point of view, well composed with the man facing the coming plane in the opposite corner, and people well distributed. A very good and enjoyable photo! A detail you could improve I think: the slightly tilted horizon line.
Have a very nice week-end, Claude.
Perito Moreno Glacier by walterantonio (83)

A nice photo including both details in the glacier and a view on the surrounding landscape. People having not seen glaciers "live" may think the bluish ice is not realistic, but the others know it is! The only desirable improvement I can think of: would have been a bit better with more details in the very dark areas.
