hey eric :)

just saw this shot and it brought a tear to my eye - i taught this young one (he was the youngest monk in the school) before he was ordained and was there for his ceremony too... happy to see he hasn't lost his puppy dog eyes!

hey there eric :) another beautiful shot that, like your others, always brings back beautiful memories for me... particularly the harsh background light that reflects onto your subjects and gives a unique glow that i've only seen in Ladakh.

a beautiful photo that almost doesn't seem real - where do the droplets of water that refract the light in the rainbow come from since there doesn't appear to be rainclouds in the sky. a brilliant achievement nonetheless!

i really like this shot - i'm surprised no one's given any points! the tone and colours in the shot are beautiful - the different green reflections, the colour of the bamboo, and the central cup with written with kanji (japanese characters, i'm sure you know) which bring the two colours together. i'd recommend to up the contrast a bit and enhance the saturation slightly - i did a workshop. hope you like it.

i don't understand the note but i like the subject in this photo - very unusual architecture. maybe you could have got some close up abstract shots of the strange building?

great shot :) the clouds lead in nicely from the top corners (moreso the left) to the focal point of the sun. the reflection really adds to the beautiful textures you've captured in this shot. looks like you live in a beautiful place.
