Very nice composition! Especially the color - looking nearly monochrome - expresses the winter feeling very well.
And the seagulls give the picture something special.

Wonderful shot! Great colors and image formation!!
I would be even more interested what this man is looking at than to see his face, because especially his hidden face gives the picture a special kind of mystery and great expression...
