That is a great shot. Whether this bird is menacing or a daft robin vulture, he is a very interesting subject. I am glad that you perservered and got the picture.

I like the concept and the colors, but I think that you overdid it by getting too low. If you had been just a few inches higher and eliminated the out of focus flowers in the middle I think it would have been much better.

Very interesting shot Michel. The needles almost look like they have been painted. I have seen artists use a brush technique that very closely resembles that pattern.

I think that you overexposed this one. The lights at the bottom really distract from the shot and they iluminate the people in the foreground which also pulls the eye away from the primary subject.

I like to composition and the exposure appears to be right on the money but it is definite need of sharpening.

Beautiful shot Jean. Western B.C. and Western Washington state is, in my estimation, one of the most beautiful parts of the world. You might consider cropping a bit off the right side since it doesn't add anything to the photo.

Excellent shot Terry. Bob's idea about cropping some off of the bottom might be worth exploring. Since it appears that two of the deer already have seen you or heard you I doubt that you could have changed your position without creating a stampead for the brush unless your stalking skills are a lot better than mine.
