Hello Yves
Crazy photo!! Well captured people walking gave the scale of the mountain! The needed light on the porters put them on spotlight :-) Sharpness is superb....
Definitely one of my favourite of your Nepal photos..
Warm Regards

Nepal pilots saying : They don't fly into clouds because they have rocks in them.
Just months after my trip to Namche Bazaar, there's one plane crash in Lukla. During approaching suddenly there's fog and it covered the airport and runway.
It's one of the most dangerous airport in the world indeed, when you take off from Lukla there's no room from 'second thought' the plane HAVE TO TAKE OFF..

What a great moment to capture. Great light and composition.
The kids in some parts of the world are very creative when it comes to find their own entertainment. Since there aren't many for them to play with.
Oh I love this picture...
Thanks for sharing Marlene, it reminded me the kids in Tibet.. did the same thing :-)
Warm regards

Dear Giorgio..
Your name associated with 'colour' as you have such a amazing and colorful gallery.
This is perfectly framed picture of a shop entrance with colorful hats. Excellent composition with the lady checking out the hats.
Always a pleasure seeing your gallery.
Warm Regards

Wuaaaah haha.. I have the same picture!! Up close and personal with the chicken.. this is one of the reason why I became vegetarian while I was there...
If you include the bridge perhaps will tell more stories. There's a reason ( maybe ) he stood like that.. to give other people way on the bridge.. if he start walking.. he definitely block the way with that cage full of chicken.
I was actually thinking about putting that chicken picture :-P maybe my next post.
Thanks for sharing..

That's a very busy Namche Bazaar! I was there in February.. there's hardly any group of people. :-)
Beautiful weather with another sun light... perfectly framed from the colourful stuff they're selling, to different colour of the guest houses all the way to the mountains.. what a clear day!!
Love your Nepal pictures.. keep them coming :-)
Warm Regards

Namaste..
A great picture of those mountains!! Always nice to have 'people' in the picture. 7000M right at your face.. looks like so close to where you're standing. You must be very high... around 4500-5000M?
I can live in Nepal.. like forever??! :-) Thank you for the picture... it's a rather difficult trek you did in Manaslu...
Warm regards
