It is funny how you have captured the sunrise. Because of the framing the most obvious are the beams of the sun, and when I take a closer look I see just a little yellow half peeking at the bottom of the picture. Of course the colours are always nice

Hi Fintan,
The photo indeed gives a frosty view. The hills start to warm up, but still are shivering cold. Colours might have been a bit more intense but still. The valley really gives the foggy cold. I like a lot!

No serious, really great colours and reflection. The photo has good depth in it

You captured the typical Texel scenery very well. The colours and lightfall is very well. I have only one advice, try to make the horizon more straight, since now the balans is a bit to much to the left. Or there must be a big sheep standing on the left pushing the earth down ;)

Hi Fariis. You have chosen the right point of view and worked on some nice composition. Indeed the colours are a bit too grey and the tower is not really standing straight. I made a workshop, please let me know what you think!

Great capture, especially with the lights higlighyting some parts of the hills. The sharpness you managed to optain is nice.

Very nice composition of this photo. The thin layer of ice on the canal is very well captured. I only would have increased brightness of the photo a bit to give even more the feeling of the coldness. Problem might be that you would loose the sun.

Very well done. i like the use of the sepia teints and the atmosphere it gives. The note makes one indeed live the emotions of the photo more. Could be the thirties indeed, although the expression on their faces tells me they are from the 00's (how does one say???)
