The composition is very nice and I like the mother and the kids in the shade.
Shwedagon is an awsum place, is in it?
Contrast and colors could be better.
I fixed it a little bit, but you don't allow workshop for this photo so I can't upload it...

Color and nights looks nice, and I like the way you caught all the fishermen, but it looks like you missed the main subject of that area - the U-Bein Bridge!
It's a unique structure and at evening fall when there are many people going back home from work you can get some awsome photos.

I agree with amsh for the workshop work that he's done.
The photo is great, but with centered composition it's a little boring.
Ok, the 2/3 rule doesn't have to automatically apply to every photo, but looking in the example workshop that Amsh gave here, it's a waste of a great take not to make it slightly more interesting

I like the combination of colors and the angle that you choose for this photo, but the high level blur effect that you've chosed ruines the photo...
To my opinion, you should have left it as it was
