this picture, without any guidelines doesn't say anything!
i tried to understand what is that thing: a flooded soccer stadium, something for winter outdoor hokey or...what????
t.y. for sharing anyway, but is better say something about what you're posting, to help people see that to appreciate it better.

i liked a lot your picture.
interesting question on the guidelines.
but the problem is not about a buildin, expensive or less, fashon designed or not.
problems are about people mentality, problems are dued to lust of power and money of human being.

and don't tell there could be a better way to make an highway ( ironic ).
while the rest of the modern world try to care his natural landscape, we didn't yet received the lesson.
