Nice composition, how you divided the space equally. Often we fall in the trap to follow set routines... your use of light and darkness, breaks that and provides interesting tension between the left and right sides of the frame. well done!

Interesting shot. My initial thought was that it was of persian carpets. The Islamic patterns are quite reflective of carpets... could make an interesting comparison, but how to capture in a single photo?

She must be moving her right hand as it seems the left is in focus... a bit surprising as the glass is rather large (hard to move quickly) and you shot at 1/125. Any thoughts?

the dark clump of grass above the fox competes visually with the fox... maybe crop it out to focus on the animal.

Dan - funny, I was just in Siem Reap a week ago and the same woman was there. Your photo of hers is much better than mine... subsequently, I won't be sharing mine. :-)
