Though the photo lacks sharpness and clarity but still I see this as a great piece of artwork. As this captures the mood and difficult situation 600m below earth.
I love the graphical nature of the photo and the supereb composition with all those hanging chains, totally love this one.
I wonder how did you mange to go there to shoot...do they allow peopel/tourists?

Thanks for sharing the photo, while it is intersting to look at it is also informative.
had you not mentioned about Laddakh anybody could have mistaken this for Mongolia or China. Surely adds up to the diverse touring opportunity India has to offer.

Wow that pretty interesting and colourful as well. While the volume of the frame is occupied by striking colors it also captures the mood and surroundings in reflections. One can easliy get an idea about the picture when this was taken where this was taken and with whome it was taken.
The clarity in the glasses and in reflection is amazing, but one interesting thing I moticed is that you managed to stay out from the reflection. That surely tells about a smart photographer.

Very impressive shot an unusual angle. I loved the way the baskets are captured from a close structured to scattered and decoloured ones.
The photo also reflects the use of cane, not only for baskets and hat that he is making but the chair he is sitting on and the sandals he is wearing though they are not made of cane but seems to go in the same theme and color.
The photo also suggest about the amount of hard work and manufacturing things in large volume, which China is so known for.
