Hi Giorgio, The texture of old buildings makes a great subject and I like the tight composition. Only slightly jarring element is the satellite dish, but they're everywhere and nothing we can do about it. cheers, steve

Hi Peter, great subject. I think I would have prefered a closer view perhaps without the shadow area on the left bottom corner. Also on my monitor the colour looks too blue. I did a WS to make the colour look "better" (on my monitor at least). cheers, Steve

Hi Alfred, classy shot of this cockatoo. Good texture in his ruffled feathers. Always hard not to end up with the briliant white featureless and blown out, but you managed to avoid that, even with the dark BG. Plenty of room in the tent at YBP. BTW - do you, Lisa and Santo coordinate you postings :-). cheers, Steve

Hi Santo, You caught all the Melb icons here - Flinders St, Eureka tower, a W class and of course the rain. Exposure was handled well with good tone in all elements - what time of day was it? cheers, steve

Hi Lisa, Good POV on this one, I like the angles on the buildings, giving it a dymanic feel. The harsh light has worked well for you too (except for the lens flair) somehow contributing to the religious feel. nice work. cheers, Steve

Hi Christina, I always like images of mudbrick buildings and the palms in the FG are a nice addition. Shame the sky is cloudy, making the light a bit flat. Cheers, Steve

Hi Peter, Gruesome indeed. Looks like someone has been busy. I expect that the smell would have put you off a closer view! Not that it would have been very appealing. Exposure was good with only a view bits of the white cloud OE. cheers, steve
