Hi Kate,, What a great photo.. I have just come back from the Kruger Park and stopped over at the Three Rondavels.. In he heat of the day it is certainly not easy to get a great picture.. I was there in October , after the burning season so did not have the smoke haze, but still struggled to get clarity due to the heat ( 40 degrees).. I decided that it may be worth going back and geting an early morning shot..

This is stunning.. I have just joined TE and thus seen it for the first time.. what a great suprise when you saw the sea gull.. It is certainly my type of picture.. Rich

Hi Joanna, Just stunning.. you cught the light just right on the cobwebs... It certainly created a wonderful extra dimension.. The rays of light add a mystique feeling to it all.. My kind of picture. Well done

Hi Elena, what fantastic depth in your photo.. such a desolate place, however the different shades bring in the different dimensions.. The rock in the foreground just makes it more vivid.. I really like it

Hi Chris, Fantastic setting with the rainbow.. The difficult to shoot white shutters are slightly overexposed.. not an easy thing to overcome with the contrast in light. good shot and my ype of picture. Rich

Hi Ana, I really like the colours and composition.. The photo is interesting as there are many things to see , but it is not cluttered.. The real humour is the motorbike helmut while she works.. Well done. It has given me new ideas of taking images with people in them.. something I have generally kept clearof doing.. Rich

To P{aolo, I like your photo too.. The clarity is fantastic. Iam intrigued at how you cropped the picture. I would have cropped the other bird out of the picture, but then they would be my style against yours,, I still like it as it is..

Hi Irene, Just loved the reds in this one.. your slight under exposure has certainly brought out the stark outlines of the buildings and bridges.. Well done. Rich

PS: I have recently started carrying around my tripod, and although it is an extra article to carry , I have found that it has made a world of difference in the clarity.. I certainly find that I dont have as many ruined photos.. in the low lights.. I look forward to following your images
