To jest bardzo wciągająca fotka. Zastanawiam się co to wogóle jest? Czy ta postać to rzeczywiście miał być batman? Ta biało-żółta obwódka jest świetna.

Very interesting. But the note could be longer :) Kruszyniany is one of the places where Polish Muslims have lived since XVIIth century. They are Tatars and worked as mercenaries in Polish armies. Some had Polish nobility titles.

Hello Hamid, I once heard there is a painting like this of Polish diplomats who came to Persia somewhere in XVIIth century...In fact some of those figures look like Polish nobility :) Thanks for the image

I'm not sure why but I like this photo. I think it's because of the light. I lived in Greece and I remember those contrasts and the atmosphere of such places.

Interesting. It makes one think about customs and religious laws and how people should accommodate to them in the global world. I wonder, would I challenge such a rule? Just avoid the shop? Or go out of my way (I don't even own a "long skirt") to be able to go there? Would it be different if I lived in the place and if I was a tourist? I also find it interesting that the note is in English. Anyway, thanks for sharing.

That's a magnificent view. I see a lot of square modernist apartment buildings in the city. I don't normally like those, but I guess it's easier to get used to them with such a background.

Some Israeli youths sometimes behave in an inappropriate way when they visit concentration camps (there was an article about it in Haaretz not so long ago), but I don't think photos on Trek Earth should be used as a pretext for rants.

Wspaniały portret na tle tego melancholijnego wiosennego polskiego krajobrazu. Kiedyś widziałam w telewizji kanadyjskiej film w którym stary Chasyd wspominając wojnę z cięzkim westchnieniem stwierdził "Montreal to nie Białystok". Miło popatrzeć na tą radość która choć czasem może być wyrażana na ziemi z której pochodzi ruch chasydydzki.
