Hi Beverly, Sometimes I used to wonder why so many trees lay about the countryside and were never cut up for firewood until I learned like you the importance of these to the wildlife and insects. It is truly amazing the number of animals, insects and birds benefit from fallen and decaying trees. Nice shot Beverley with low POV showing the tree in the foreground and the overhanging branch above with yellow blooms and the rolling hills in the background. Regards Arthur

Hi Craig, I'm not a big fan of foggy water because I think some people overdo it and use in the wrong scene but I must say you have used it in the perfect shot here with a good location and the correct atmosphere. Like the way the ridge of rocks appear just above the surface and act as a lead to the far shore with the colourful lights. Regards Arthur.

Hi Christiane, Nice capture of the wind surfers having a good time at their sport. Good composition with the low horizon showing the wonderful clouds and the beautiful coloured sail which stands out against them. Lovely presentation. Regards Arthur.

Hi Ike, Really nice shot of this forested area in Triberg with the little water fall carving its way through the scene. Good interesting POV looking downwards towards the little wooden bridge. Good clarity and enriched colour in this very nice presentation. Regards. Arthur.

Hello John, Nice well balanced shot of this scene from Ghent with a mixture of old and modern architecture .Old red brick building perfectly positioned and makes a good contrast to the white building on the left. Nice setting with the river and the colourful flowers in the foreground. Good POV, colour and clarity in the shot. Regards Arthur
The craftsman and the warrior by Noel_Byrne (33726)

Hi Noel, From the thumbnail I would have had no idea that this was a scene from Ireland. Reminds me more of Mongolia by the way the men are dressed. The bright orange colour of the warrior really stands out and his face has a lot of character along with quite a beard. They both seem to be having a good time anyway. Really nice colourful and sharp portrait Noel, well captured. All the best Arthur.

Hi Noel, This Cathedral certainly looks as though it is in a beautiful location with plenty of open space around it. Lovely setting with lush green lawns and curved paths with benches for folk to sit for a while. Beautiful period architecture but I'm curious about what looks like a modern piece of sculpture that holds the bell on the left of the shot. Lovely presentation Noel. All the best Arthur
