i have just discovered your photography and find it breath-taking!
having just watched the winter olympics, your photographs are filling a void in me now that the games are finished.
beautiful & surreal, definitely another planet! many thanks for sharing this and the others.

loved this on FB this morning, and love seeing it here.
i love your capture of the car lights, like jeweled ribbons. and the star lights are magical. all leading to the sapphire city. better than oz! well done :)

hello vikram ~
i like your shot, it has an almost magical quality to it, like a children's illustration for a time traveling story from one hundred years ago. i like how time is literally suspended, as if holding its breath. and that is "ok" :)
nice job, tfs ~

they don't actually look all that clean, but nevermind ...
this is a nice example of one type of photography i very much like ~ the small details of the day in any given culture. you've got a really pleasing composition here with the vertical lines of the shutters intersected by the dangling line of odd clothes.
i agree with serghei, as a group we do seem a bit taken with people's washing (myself included), i wonder what that says about us? ;)

hey jason ~
i like the simplicity and pov of this shot. the colors are really pleasing to me with the pattern of the cobblestones and the texture of the water. i like that you've caught this guy, looking distracted ... what on earth could be more interesting than fishing? ;)
enjoy the evening ~

i absolutely agree with you, wolfgang, about noticing the interesting, ordinary moments and people. and what a wonderful example you've given us. it's timeless. all eyes on the pigeon strutting his stuff. and the dad holding the monkey is a lovely & fun detail :)
a great moment, even better in sepia than it would be in color ~ thanks!

he seems to have given you a direct look into his soul through his eyes ~ their liquid depths are hard to look away from.
and the blur of a hand on the right adds further intrigue, nice job.
