We have a couple of these in Dubai as well Omri. It's funny though, during summers since the normal water tank is on the outside and the hot water tank is generally on the inside, the cold water tap always pours hot water and the hot water tap always pours cold water :)

Nice shot Omri... also a common sight in the U.A.E. as well although in the desert regions closer to the city a lot of the desert extents have been fenced off because of road accidents when camels cross through.

You raise a very good point Omri... great timing on the shot, you were at the right time at the right place! There's a lot to be said about images that tell a story, and this one does a good job of it.

I like the concept... but your shot could do with a lot of cropping, bottom limit just up to the shadow and left limit upto the two stuctures on the pier. Perhaps even if you were lieing down on the ground, the shift in perspective would've given your subject a taller, booming presence.

Great alternate perspective! The contrast between the thick bark of the tree to the thin branches overhead is nice as well.
