I did not get this far south in Turkey to go across to Kos in Greece so tfs! Instead I entered Greece at Samos. The diagonal axis of the ruins add both dynamism and diminishing linear perspective. Nice repetition of the classical columns. Tfs!

Hello Jean Jacques,
Good density levels with punchy perfectly exposed light levels and marvellous symmetrical reflections. The tour boat makes a good focal point. Nice graphic elements due to the sunlit fg against the dark shadowed bg. Bon Dimanche!

Only because I have seen similar shots of the Himalayas at sunset from the Kathmandu Valley and from Pokhara in Nepal can I believe the incredible pinkish hues of the snow. The warm cold color contrast against the late evening sky is superb. Good sharpness and high pov with the tiny chalets far below adding scale. Tfs!

This looks very similkar to Aya / Hagia Sophia which looks good any time of day but even more so at sunset with the strong warm cold color contrasts between blue and orange evident here. Excellent sharpness. At first it looked like it was taken from the 7 hills restaurant terrace but it must be somewhere along the Golden Horn? Tfs!

Good sharpness and nice use of a shallow dof. Excellent inclusion of the tiki like stone sculpture for souvenir sales. Looks windy. The profiled portrait of the woman works well. Will try to get to Istanbul in April if I am still here. Have a nice day.

Looks wonderful. I have been to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon so I can appreciate the massive scale even though there are no buildings cars or people in the shot which is not necessarily a bad thing! On the contrary it gives the image a wild and unspoiled look. Tfs!

I like the double A frame design of this quaint old brick church. Good sharpness & minimalist color with a pleasant diffused light. The belfry adds interest. Good upward pov and perspective. Have a nice weekend!

A superb blue hour shot with the semi circle of the bg ferris wheel nicely framing the fg like a halo. Good sharpness and nice repetition of the motion blurred jets of water in the fountain. Have a great weekend!

Nice warm cold color contrasts between the yellow green grass in the fg the reddish yellow facade of the distinctive building at right, and the blue sky. The people add life and scale. The sculpture at right makes a fine focal point. The stairs and bronze bell at centre and left counterbalance the compo. Tfs!

A superb high pov overlooking the green valley and the bg mountain range, with the central dark tree adding nice graphic elements. Wonderful lighting and the solitary person adds scale and animates the scene. Have a great weekend!
