Great stuff.
This is a model upload - well-taken picture and a well-written informative note.
Maybe could do with a touch more contrast (but maybe it's the monitor on the pc I'm using), but it's a lovely photograph.
Cheers

Hi Charlotte,
I can see what you're trying to do here and understand why you took the shot (colours, triangles and rectangles?). But it doesn't quite work, and I think it's because of the foreground wall - it dominates and distracts from the blues and reds of the buildings.
Keep shooting and posting - you do have a good eye!
Cheers

There's nothing I can add to the comments - just to say thanks for presenting a fantastic image!
I will travel to this place next month so I can only hope to capture a photograph like this one.

Great composition and light.
The note adds to the peaceful mood and the black frame shows off the blues very well.

Interesting angle and perspective, and you've captured the textures well.
Simple enough when you see the photo, but it takes skill to compose to give a pleasing result as you have here.

Like a scene from a gritty 1960s film set in the north of England, complete with cobbled streets and rain!
An excellent composition.

Amazingly sharp for such a long exposure, and it doesn't matter that some of the lamps are out of focus as they provide a nice frame.
Lovely colour contrast and composition.
Good one!

Good shot of an interesting event!
I may have cropped the bottom centimetre as the sand is out of focus and doesn't really add anything, but your photo does show the scale of the thing really well.
Cheers

Really an excellent photograph of a serene landscape.
I would prefer a simpler frame - the shadow effect does distract a little from the image. (Just my preference!).
Thanks
Brian
