It's the mosque in Orkatoy, a town on the Bosphorus ride of Istanbul ($3 for a 4 hour round trip). It's only a few minutes away
from the start of the trip in Istanbul and is right at the first bridge (Bosphorus). This place has a Greek Orthodox church, a mosque, a synagogue in a very small district.
Nice pic -- if only it wasn't compressed
so intensely !

I was recently there but didn't get to take
a photo. This is a marvelous one, with
beautiful contrast, color and clarity with a
good feeling for the strength of that old bridge.
Thanks for taking this picture before the
bridge is lost.

.
STUPENDOUS photo! Just Spectacular, actually.
I'd add only agreement with someone else that
you might want to crop out (or clone out)
the table with reflection on the left. Also,
the edges of one arm are softer in resolution
while the other is harder and more like 2 tone
resolution. Might want to modify that.
Otherwise this is the most amazing photo I've
seen of Ishak Pasha. Really wonderful shot.

Szymon, this is one of the very best photos I've ever seen of this amazing palace, for its clarity and the foreground and background elements. Thanks for your visit after seeing that I linked to this fantastic page with your amazing photo.
As for feeling the age of the sultans, I read that this sultan rewarded his stupendous architect by cutting off both of his hands so that he could not produce anything like this for anyone else!
