"Levels" command to adjust the lighting a bit.
"Color Balance" to bring out the reds a little.
"Unsharp Mask" to sharpen the details.
Now it looks more like sunset, or sunrise, and the shot has a bit more "depth" to it. Of course, doing these step to the original would give you better results.
