I am currently on board of an offshore vessel but it is neither a barge nor a cruise liner. It is simply a drilling platform stationary in the Bay of Bengal, in front of the northern Burmese coast line. I will be here for another 10 days (I hope!!!). The surrounding scenery is not at all beautiful as the one in your picture but, it is life!!! As usual, it is a very nice picture. Well done.

Alors si les vaches ont le pied marin, pourquoi les marins retournent sur le plancher des vaches...

Intéressante note, rigolote à imaginer avec les bovins instables et nerveux. Le point de vue est superbe, avec un petit quelque chose de Monet. Belle lumière.

Hi Tomi. Great photo. You have captured a huge illumination range in this shot, unfortunately digital sensors wouldn’t handle this scene. Well composed with good balance and fine detail. Nice work and thanks for sharing.

Hi Quillo,

it's really a great picture! What I like most is the harmony between the blue sky and the blue houses. It seems like they would reflect the colour of the sky.
It is also interesting to see the turret in the left. It gives us a glimpse of the palace without disturbing the balance of the composition.
